- Orders under $75 are subject to standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days of placing your order. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (holidays, sales events) — we'll do our best to notify you if there's a significant delay.
Please note: processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total time to receive an order is processing time + delivery time.
Delivery Times
- Domestic (US): 5 to 7 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, high-volume seasons, and remote or non-standard addresses can affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away at cs@second-shift-club.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
